I made this tutu last night as part of Pnut's Christmas presents. She is wearing it just for the picture and then it will be a surprise again at Christmas! It was super simple. It took me about an hour to do everything...cut it out and tie the pieces on. Pilly is going to get a purple one. I think my niece is going to get one as well. I think they are lots of fun! If anyone is interested in having me make one, let me know!
